Get away

This was an amazing get away! Perfect in location and organization for check in and out. The showers had issues with temperatures and the internet kept going down. Other than those two things over all a great place!

Love this place!

This is the second time staying at this property in this particular unit. My best friend and his son stayed with me both times and we just love the location, accommodations, proximity to everything, etc. The host are very commutative and the unit has everything you could want and more! The closet is full of towels, Beach stuff, extra fans if necessary, etc. This will be our getaway anytime we're in California in this particular unit! Highly recommend!

Close to the beach! We could see the beach from the balcony. The condo was well equipped with beach and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the outdoor barbecue grill. We had plenty of room in the condo. The beach was family friendly and clean.

Everything about our stay there was awesome! The location was absolutely perfect and the unit had everything we could ever want and more to make our stay so comfortable! Jordan loved the ping pong table in the rec room downstairs and my buddy enjoyed chilling out on the balcony hearing the waves at night! Every aspect of our stay there was perfect and we will be returning regularly to that unit! Highly recommend!

I like that it has breakfast included, swimming pool and hot tub. Our suite has enough room us and it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of dining options and close to beautiful beaches! What we didn't like was the breakfast was almost the same everyday... but no big deal! We will stay here again if in area!

Beaches, pool, and Legoland

Property is walking distance to the Harbour, which has a beach, nice restaurants, and shops. Property also has a pool. Also walking distance to Oceanside Pier and beach. Quick drive to Legoland. Property was well set up for family with kids. Simple additional amenities like shampoo and Dawn detergent for washing dishes would have been appreciated.

Loved the extras

The beach access was fantastic, a short 2-3 minute walk and the beach was great! There is no way I would pay double or triple just to be on the beach when we were this close. I loved the security of the property and parking. And my favorite part was all the beach goodies you had in the unit for us to use, AND, there was enough for everyone. I LOVED that. We had a blast on our beach day because of that.

Overall happy. I will comment that the parking space is a tight area to fit an SUV. If your a light sleeper, train passes every so often, and can easily hear neighbors, but im a deep sleeper, i couldn't hear once i fell asleep, but the room was great, everything worked good, only other thing was the ice maker stopped working. I forgot to mention to owner. Loved location and right next to beautiful beach. Easy checkin and easy drop off keys check out.

Tons of beach extras

We were pleasantly surprised there was a beach wagon, 4 chairs, umbrella, mat, beach toys, cooler and water jugs. Our king bed was very comfortable. There were 2 fans in the living room and a fan in each bedroom. Oh annd the beach was so close. Everything was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay there.

2 minutes to sunsets

Can't beat the location. Sunset views from the deck. Road gets a little busy in the day but calms down after sunset. Manager was great and responsive about any problems we had. Pool and hot tub was awesome Only 2 negatives I can say is 1. The "Wash Connect" rip off laundry system in use. Cost us an extra $10 when the machines took $ and then failed. Recommend just going to a nearby laundry mat. 2. The bi weekly mid morning noisy garbage pickup on the road. Otherwise it was all good.

Great location...noisiest place I've ever stayed!

The location was amazing. Bummed that we were on the side of the resort with the small pool. Spent our pool time on the other side of the resort. With 2 separate sets of adults, having only one parking space was miserable. We had to keep moving one car to paid parking as the handful of guest spots were always taken (especially by cleaners and resort vendors....which makes NO sense). The home was fine. Old, but accommodating to all of our needs. The street noise was HORRIBLE. Literally, cars racing and blaring their music til 1am most nights and service vehicles starting at 5:30am every morning. I've never stayed somewhere SO noisy! Beach was so close that made everything worth it. And the beach accessories is the primary reason why this was perfect! Just be reminded that there is no A/C in the warm months. Enjoy the beautiful Oceanside beach!

Having never been to Oceanside, CA, I had NO idea what to expect. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!! It is my favorite place in California so far(apologies to Palm Springs and several LA neighborhoods…). The location of our condo was a 11/10. Close to beach, very walkable, and nicely appointed with respect to interior and balcony( love the drying hooks on balcony and OF COURSE the view☀️). As a rental owner myself(on East coast) I know how difficult it is to keep your unit comfy and up-to-date and I applaud the owners of our unit. The beds were soooo comfortable and the use of fans helped with unavoidable street noise and resort maintenance(like garbage removal and lawn/plantings care). The wall heaters in bedrooms and living room do need updating as one was broken and two are quite old. But the kitchen was beautifully updated and the large dining table was great for games and birthday celebrations—my son and I are May babies! Thank you SO much; we will be back. Oceanside is a perfect mix of beachy and upscale living🏖

Great Location; Great Customer Service

I'm glad I read reviews prior to my visit. It was helpful to know that there wasn't AC, so we brought 3 fans with us. Turned out that the unit supplied 5 fans. We used them all. The location was within walking distance to many great places - the beach, the pier, the harbor, and markets. Check-in was easy, and we were able to secure a guest parking pass for the second car we had with us. There was a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach blanket, and a beach umbrella in the closet for us. That was really nice. The unit was a great home base during our week in Oceanside. As other reviews noted, there was a lot of street noise: loud cars late into the night, and trash pick-ups/construction noise early in the morning. This was especially loud in the bedroom w/ the 2 queen beds. Since we had so many fans running, the outside noise was a little more tolerable. It was also helpful to know that the parking spots were really tight - especially in some of the guest parking spots. Larger vehicles would have a hard time fitting in the garage. I was really grateful to have a covered, gated place to park in though. The on-site gym was really nice, and there was a co-ed sauna just outside the gym restrooms, plus a female-only sauna in the women's restroom. I reached out to the host a couple times during our stay and they responded quickly - even after business hours. It was clear that they were there to take care of us. I'd stay there again, and will recommend it to others.
