"First let me clarify that this was my first stay at Veranda Cottages and I did love the resort. The friendly staff, beach access, the large swimming pool area and the nightly activities were very nice. However, at this price point, I expected more. Here are some of the issues we faced during our stay: 1) The Wi-Fi password was not listed anywhere. Numerous calls and emails requesting the password went unanswered. Having high speed internet was listed as one of the amenities. This was a must...

had an amazing time. The house was much bigger than expected. The views of green pastures and rolling hills off the deck were beautiful. There were a few hidden gem restaurants 10 minutes away in either direction, and the lakes and rivers around the area gave us a lot of options for swimming. We fully recommend this place."
