The backyard faces west, framing a picturesque view of the San Jacinto Mountains, and there's an outdoor dining space for eight under the covered patio, as well as a propane barbeque for preparing and enjoying meals al fresco. Once inside this 1, 600 square foot Palm Springs hideaway, the natural light streams into the main living space through the large windows and glass doors, offering a bright and open feeling. Perched in a convenient location equidistant from the hustle and bustle of downtown and the Palm Springs International Airport, you will have no problem soaking up the best of this desert city. Start each morning with a cup of coffee from Koffi on the way over to the various trails at Tahquitz Canyon just three miles away. When you want to check out the core of downtown, head down Palm Canyon Drive and explore the fun shops, tasty restaurants, and art exhibits. For some fun away from the city, Joshua Tree National Park and Mount San Jacinto State Park are both closeby for a day trip!

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
