Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute.
L'hôtel est très bien situé en face des îles avec un parking gratuit et une vue sur le lac.
l y a une piscine et jacuzzi
Le bar man fait de très bon cocktail accompagné avec des toasts maisons.
Très bon petit déjeuner et possibilité de diner bon rapport qualité prix

“Good location just outside busy Stresa, but only 15 minute walk to town. Hotel restaurant was closed for evening meals which did us a favour as we found an excellent restaurant 10 min walk away, down by the lake. It's called Lidro Volante, very busy, advise to book.”

Eneste minus, ved brusebad væltede vandet udover gulvet pga forkert hældning.”
“It was even better than expected!! We only stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed more. The room was a great amount of space. We had an unexpected view that made our hard day of travel so much better! Other than some mold on the ceiling that no one else in my family noticed everything was super clean! If Primavera is in your budget range, I’d say go for it! I wasn’t sure but I definitely don’t regret it! ”

“Staff was polite and spoke to English well. Helped us order a taxi for dinner and for train/bus station. Pool was great, the plenty of sun, very clean, great bartender and fair drink prices. Breakfast buffet was timely and tasty. Everything you’d want from a 3 star hotel.”
