“The breakfasts are anazing, the room is nice, but a weird shape. The view is great, especially at the sunny and a bit if clouds weather. The heating is AC, so it takes time to warm up te room, the water takes quite some time to heat (3-5 min of cold water before hot water arrives). The bad is a nice size, nut for my 1.9 meters it was barely enough if I use a small pillow. So beds must be 1.9-2m, yake it into account. Atllthough, it is wide wnough to fit me diagonally + my loved one.”

“Fantastic location across the street from Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni and a very short walk to the downtown lakefront. Spacious, clean and modern - just a very nice and comfortable apartment. The pool area is simply wonderful - modern and well designed. Pool area is private, with a tree-covered hill behind, green area to one side and the Basilica of St. Giacomo on the other side. Next door to a coffee, pastry and on-the-go food restaurant - everything cooked fresh daily. Mariana and Giada……

“This hotel is built into an apartment building on the main street of Como, which is busy all day with cars, buses, trucks and motorcycles, and so was noisy at night. It is close to the lake front, and had all good amenities, but it is on the “2nd floor” (third level of the building) 2 double flights of stairs and no lift (elevator). Beware if you have heavy luggage or are older people. You deal with the manager via WhatsApp, and never see the staff. There are several great restaurants nearby.”

“Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! We loved how convenient the location was — right in the heart of the old town and just a short 5-minute walk to the ferry lines. The apartment is also close enough to the train station; the walk from the station to the apartment was very pleasant, taking only about 15 minutes downhill. For our return, we asked Tiziano to arrange a taxi since the walk back was uphill, and that worked out perfectly. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby,……
