“We have stayed in Cookeville several times and this was by far the best room we've ever had! Usually Holiday inn Express is too expensive for us but this time for some reason it wasn't. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The kitchen for the breakfast was immaculate. They had a great variety of food. I just can't say enough about this hotel for the money. It's the beds are comfy. It was just great experience and we were there for a funeral so it made it much more enjoyable to have a good……

“The room was clean , the housekeeper was great, got new towels and cleaned up every day. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Really for the money it was way better place than i deserved. No odors. It is not quite a 3 star hotel . However for a 2 star hotel i give it 5 stars. If it claims to be a 3 star place id only give it 3 stars. Maintenence would have to be better and a hot breakfast with eggs sausage and fruit would have to be there.”
