“This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. ”

“The elevator was out, so they upgraded us to a full suite,on the first floor The room had a smell to it but once I bought some air freshener. It was fine. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The breakfast host was very sweet and helpful.. the bed had a dent in the mattress but other than that no complaints for the price”
