“The staff was so nice. We had a small issue with our room and they took care of it right away. ”

“Facilities/buildings could have been cleaner, but were not filthy. Not sure my floor had been swept before I arrived... A bell at the front desk would also be appreciated, as there was no way to get help other than waiting or yelling until someone arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however.”
