The property owners quickly responded to emails and access to the property was seamless. We really enjoyed the community pool and had fun touring the area on the golf cart. “This condo was perfect, affordable and convenient for our last minute getaway. We asked if the unit was available for early check-in since we would be arriving in the area much earlier than 4 PM. “House is great, spacious newer build in a quiet neighborhood steps away from the beach. We were looking for someplace low key to chill, exactly what this home delivers. Interior is modern and clean, more rooms than we actually used, great for kids and pets. Kids liked the empty 2-car garage and street for sports as well as the bunk bed room. “We were all very comfortable and very happy with the unit. The elevator was so very helpful. The view was beautiful and the porch a very nice place to sit even in the rain. Nancy, the host, was more than accommodating. She responded so quickly and was very helpful. The bed was very high and the toilets very low and difficult for someone with mobility issues is the only negative comment I could make. I wonderful place to stay.”
