“I loved all the attention to detail over the Christmas holiday. The home was completely decorated for Christmas. Also it is a dog lover’s delight! Big back yard, dog bowls, and a treat jar for our fur baby’s snacks. Owner checked in on us and made sure our stay was fantastic! ”

“We had a fantastic stay! The owner checked with us after arrival to make sure everything was good and that we knew how to get in touch if needed. Everything was clean, plenty of pots/pans/etc to cook with in the kitchen for our holiday stay, and comfy beds. It is located close to downtown, which was perfect. They supplied dog bowls, toys, shampoo, and bags. The yard is fenced, which is great for the pups. Do note that the yard is shared with the other half of the duplex, but we had no problems……

“This home is even better than described in it's listing!! Everybody in our big family loved it here. We had plenty of space to gather together and/or spread out when we wanted. The walk to the water was quick and easy, and having a store just down the road was a bonus for when we needed more of whatever. “We moved in and enjoyed a little time at the beach. Then we had dinner and played games. Friday was a birthday for a 6 year old and we had fun at the beach and then watching the birthday girl open presents. Then went to Port St Jo for dinner at Sister's Bistro. We did lots more beach time on Saturday. The only unfortunate event was the swing falling down. I am sure you will be fixing or removing the swing.”

“This was a clean property with easy access to a great beach and spectacular sunsets. Communication with the owner was easy, as was check in and check out. There are available beach items like a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Although this is a pet-friendly property, be aware that Mexico Beach does not allow pets. Our well-trained dog, who loves the beach, was very disappointed.”
