“Quiet and security helpful ”

“We were pleasantly surprised by our room. The floors were clean. The bed was clean. Everything smelled good even in the hallway. There were no noisy neighbors and the balcony overlooking the water was peaceful and beautiful. We loved getting visits from the geese and the beautiful swan. I would absolutely stay there again.”

“It is very convenient to eat and shopping around, but the room is very old, the bed and furniture are old, and the room smells bad, and the Wi-Fi is not good.”

“This is a wonderful old Victorian that they did a great job updating. Housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to some spaces. The heater air conditioner has some black spots on it. And next to the stove has crumbs. I am not able to use stairs very well and there wasn't an option on check-in to request a first floor accommodation or a way to indicate before booking the room what that was going to look like which limited my ability to transport personal items to the room. I'm also unsure……

“The staff was very attentive. Izak was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was very accommodating to some special needs. I didn't appreciate having to sign up for the Hilton honors to get access to the wifi. Overall a good stay and would stay there again and would feel comfortable recommending to others”

“Had issues with the shower/bath nozzle staying in place and the water temperature kept fluctuating. I was unable to take a proper shower after a long day of traveling.”

“Everytime i come to to indiana i stay here. This time it was great untill a water pipe busted and we was out of water all day. It was the city problem. I just hated i had to spend over 50 bucks on jugs of water. Which i think the hotel should have done. But other then that, hotel is a great plaxw to stay.”

“Its pleasant. We didn't have hand towels, so when we asked for them, they quickly and happily complied. It's a nice place with everything that you require. Waffles were the hot food, joined by all the customary continental items that you would expect. ”

“Bad smell in the hallways and rooms. I’m pretty sure I heard a rat in the bathroom walls. Never have clean towels and laundry is 4 to was the same amount to dry. My clothes came out still wet so I spent 8 to dry my clothes. 100 deposit which takes 3 to 5 business days to get back. Hotel extremely outdated for the price. ”
