“This hotel is terrible, As soon as we walked into the hallway we were met with the smell of marijuana. Our neighbors were loud. Tried to call the front desk and the hotel phone did not work. We reached out to the front desk (somone not on site answered) and Expedia over chat. Front desk said our concerns did not warrant a discount or refund. Upon check out I went to the front desk to speak to a manager, No one came to the desk. Expedia was no help. We paid $300.00 for this dump.”
