“Property was under construction. Was not aware of that when I booked the room. Rooms were dirty. The water flow for the sink and the shower was very low. Rooms were not clean.”

“First off the guy that checked me in was really nice. He deserves a raise! Now for the problem. We were in a room with a jacuzzi. The cold water would not come on because the screw was stripped out. Some man came in there 4 times trying to fix it instead of just giving us another room. Finally, he realized he couldn't fix it so he had no choice but to change rooms. We were in 102. He moved us to 104. The new room was 100 percent nicer than the other room. The jacuzzi was very nice and a lot……

“Breakfast not the best. Kinda your standard fake eggs and plastic wrapped sausage McMuffins. Love the location. Unique property on the lake and with a lake side pool and bar and grill. Neat place. Quality of rooms, beds and pillows just ok.”

“The breakfast was subpar. You offered waffles, cereal, one type of bread. The pillows look and felt like they were worn out. Salvation Army had better pillows!! You can do better!”

“My room was clean enough but the tv didn’t work, it would turn on, the after a few the picture would pixilate. Had the front desk come and “fix” it. But later it wouldn’t turn on at all. The option was to change rooms, kinda late for that. The pool is cold. The phone didn’t work (was going to call front desk) the chargers on the light didn’t work. All these things aren’t a big deal but all together plus the $250 charge for a room that you inhabit for 19 hours at best… it’s too much. I will not……
