“The main problem we had was that the elevator was broken. There were no first floor rooms available and we had some difficulty as we are older and my husband has difficulty negotiating stairs. Body wash dispenser was empty in our room. There were limited electrical outlets available. The toilet was slow to flush. Choices at breakfast seemed limited compared to other places we have stayed. The staff seemed to genuinely want to be helpful. and responsive to questions and concerns.”

“The pictures online were very misleading. The property outside was quite overgrown and unappealing. The ice machine was broke and it was a struggle to find anyone to get us ice from the bar area. “Our room floor was soaked. The bathroom fan was missing in the cabinet. The shower ceiling had water damage and a huge hole that needed to be patched. The air ran and because the floor wax so wet it was like sleeping in a steam room. For the price. Very disappointed. Put in a room the apparently wasn’t finished being fixed.”
