“I didn't like the fact that the front desk lady at night was very very rude and unprofessional she doesn't need to be rolling her eyes at customers it's a sure way to not have someone not come back and she double charged me and then rudely told me you will get it back whenever I leave I would like to have someone reach out to me asap ”

“The parking was a little challenging unless you had the option to valet park. Not always available, but I found street parking every time. The hotel is amazing! I love it, and have stayed here four times now, passing through Lubbock to drive to Santa Fe, or Fort Worth. I love the beds and the wonderfully decorated rooms. The stocked refrigerator is a great option if you get in late or just need a snack. The courtyard with fire pits, tables, and lots of seating is beautiful at night. Stay out……
