“Steps to the mountain + short walk to town. Condo was recently renovated and in great condition & extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for those nights we didn’t want to eat out - love its adjacency to There bar and down the street from one of our favorite restaurants, Siam.”

“Our unit was very comfortable and well suited to our needs. It was very well equipped. The location was great - a short walk to town, and the trail along the San Miguel River was steps away. Access to the Bear Creek trail was also close - about a 5 min walk. Communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this unit.”

“The apartment was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. We had everything needed to prepare meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) when we ate at the apartment. Access to the well-equipped gym and pool was included. My only suggestion to the host for improvement is to move the refrigerator hinge from the left side to the right (10 minutes work?).”

The online guidebook was easily accessible and had all the information we needed for the property. The unit was clean and everything was in working order. “This condo was clean, comfortable, and updated. It's a great distance from both Purgatory and Durango. The water is very hard, but didn't inconvenience us. The condo was also well stocked to cook meals, but could use with some blankets.”

“Had a great time here, right on the slopes, used hot tub every day after skiing. Would stay again. Only suggestion would be to update the pots/pans; most of them had nonstick coating flaking off so we didn't cook in as much as we would have like to. Thanks for hosting us!”
