“This place was excellent! Two of us stayed here and had an awesome time. The location is super convenient to Lift 7, the walking path along the river and everything else in Telluride. The unit was clean and updated. The perfect space for 2-3 adults. The hot tub was also very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!”

“5 Star Location…2 Star accommodations. We loved the location to everything in town. Very convenient. The unit itself is run down and in need of repairs which I’m sure we are not the first to bring to their attention. The user manual has no additional information than the check in instructions. TV instructions wouldBe helpful. Messages sent were responded to quickly so we appreciated that. They fail to mention in the listing or in a separate message that the building has roof repairs……

“The unit was perfect for two people! The bedroom deck faces the mountain and the river. The kitchen, although small, was very well appointed. The bathroom could use an update. The only serious negative was the mattress and bed frame. The mattress was too firm for our personal taste. But that happens. HOWEVER, the bed squeaked EVERY time we rolled over or moved. A simple 100 bed frame would solve the problem.”
