“到埗登記時，職員告訴我因為酒店有Pumping Problem，全間酒店冇水所以未能居住，免費幫我轉到附近的Hilton Hotel，很負責任，很有良心，而安排Hilton的住宿非常滿意”

“Room was cleaned. Location is very good. ”

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”

“I have been choosing this hotel for several years, when visiting Niagara Falls with family. It is becoming increasingly better, since it has been through many recent renovations. Room and washroom are clean, with the convenience of refrigerator and microwave. This last time, we enjoyed the pool, which is also very well maintained. We save money that we can use in other entertainment and local attractions.”
