"We just found that we couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the other guests - there was a tournament happening. The evenings were loud. There was beer cases and cans left in the hallway both nights. Everything else was fine, just - fine."

"The location of Sheraton Fallsview Hotel is excellent, especially if you want to be close to Clifton Hill. However, the overall experience was quite inconvenient. Parking is a major issue. Valet parking requires a lot of waiting whenever you need your car, and self-parking has very limited availability—especially on weekends. You need a lot of patience either way. We also had trouble with our room key. It stopped working at 10:30 a.m., even though checkout is at 11:00 a.m. We had to go down to the lobby to reactivate it, which was frustrating due to long elevator wait times (over 2 minutes each trip). The first attempt didn’t even work, and the whole process took more than 35 minutes—just to get back into the room, grab our belongings, and check out. Overall, the experience left a negative impression. The only real advantage is the location. There are many better hotel options around Clifton Hill. If being right next to Clifton Hill is not essential for you, you can find much better hotels at lower prices."
