"房間浴室之企缸門位置，每次使用後都有水滲出門外，導致十分之濕滑，其實這房間巧合地是往年我住同一間房間當時我已昨出投訴改善，但不幸地到今年住同一房間，沒有改善問題，希望酒店方面能認真處理客人之投訴,不是不了了知。"

"離BTS thong lot要走一段路，從機場過來的話可以搭到Ramkhamhaeng使用grab，會方便很多。整體是很棒的住宿體驗，但即便住到17樓還是會聽到路上汽車的聲音，淺眠者早上得玩累一點才可以。夜景非常治癒，可以坐在窗邊享受曼谷的氛圍。"
