This 4 story home is located on the best view block of Marina Boulevard, this lovely home has superb views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Bay, Alcatraz, and the St. Francis Yacht Club and features a magical, private garden. Total 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room with Golden Gate Bridge/Bay views and fireplace, formal dining room, south-facing kitchen with breakfast area, guest suite and full bath on the lower level, two-car tandem garage, two south-facing decks off each level. The home also has a good sized backyard with a pond. It also has a wine closet, pool table, ping pong table, and pac man game system.
