“I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel.……

“Early morning train to Calais so did not want to take a chance with the traffic/weather with our drive from Leicestershire. Hotel is conveniently placed about a 10 minute drive from the Channel Tunnel. Room was large/clean & quiet. Lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive; we ate at a small Thai which was really good. Breakfast was good and quick. Overall have paid much more for less.”
