“We had a great time at this hotel! I wish the breakfast hours were a little extended, but it was a decent meal. I think more thought goes into the presentation of the food items, than the food itself (could have been better, for sure.. but, it is complimentary!) The staff were very friendly and so were other guests! We had requested a crib in our room before we left for some errands and when we returned, a staff member had put the crib together in our room AND put his little fluffy bear in the……

“I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I hope by writing this it will prompt Management to make changes. I was hoping for a great stay while visiting family. Instead, it was very poor. I almost checked out right after checking in. The entrance doors had an obnoxious alarm sound the entire stay (4 days). The pool had green algae on the sides of the tiles, they ran out of pool towels (and sheets as I overheard a guest asking the front desk for sheets), the first aid kit in the pool room was……

“I don’t like not clean”

“There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.”

“The receptionist made several mistakes and had a poor attitude during a simple check-in. They certainly don't advertise that the typical little breakfast buffet, with terrible-tasting scrambled eggs, is not free. No free breakfast. And the signage in the large parking lot does not make it clear that parking is not free for hotel guests. It should say, "PARKING IS NOT FREE FOR HOTEL GUESTS." I got a parking ticket.”

“When I pulled up to the entrance, I saw a lady arriving with a bag of food. I thought nothing of it. When I went to the check-in desk, there was no attendant. I called out, looked around, and in the dining area--no one responded. I thought this is weird, so I waited, and after about ten minutes, the lady I watched entering the lobby with a bag of food was actually the customer service attendant. I'm guessing she left to get food or had someone deliver food to her in the parking lot. She……
