“Room had hairs in the sink and the bed. Mould was quite extensive in the bathroom and there was no bins or anything in the room or bathroom.
Staff were all friendly and helpful when asked for things but the room itself was quite poor.”

“Shower head was broke. Which makes me wonder if they even cleaned the shower because how can you rinse it without a shower head? Shower is clogged and does not drain. Even after having it fixed it still did not drain. Could not get extra towels. Walls look disgusting and things were not cleaned well. Room smelled like sweat. No extra toilet paper in room. No fan or A/C. Also had to wait until the next day for the shower to get fixed so could not shower before bed and had to wait 24 hours to do……
