“This is an incredible place to stay in Dublin. The location is just outside city center so you get a feeling of being in a neighborhood but everything is nearby. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby too. They do a good job of providing information and the room is great too. The one thing to make sure of is that you receive the entry email beforehand as you are on your own for entering the building and how to get room access.”

“This is a unique accommodation and the kitchenette is handy for basic meals. The shower has plenty of hot water and good pressure. The beds are too soft for us. The check in process is cumbersome. It’s self check in and it takes several emails before finally getting the codes for the entrance and key box.”

“No smoke alarm no fire doors black ceilings and mould issues bread left in room was green, how the bed didn't break is a miracle air fresheners everywhere to disguise the smell check in was chaotic they didn't seem to know who we were and the whole house was like a hoarders paradise we did not feel safe and in the event of a fire could have been fatal. “The location, staff, breakfast are very good. The location is close to the Baggot Street Upper. There are many stores such as the pharmacy, supermarkets (TESCO), restaurants (WILLIAM SEARSON is very good and fair price), etc.. You can take 10 - 15 minutes walk to the central area of Dublin city and begin your sightseeing. The breakfast is very delicious. “The hotel is already relatively "modern" if you compare it with other hotels nearby. The single room and bed are small and old, but comfortable.
