“The reviews on this have been variable so it’s time to weigh in with my own. Bottom line - if you want a decent stay for a cost-effective price, DO consider this. If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you. This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel. You get your own, modern, fairly smart room with an en suite shower room and toilet. There’s also a modern shared kitchen/TV area with oven and microwave and washing up……

“Good experience for the price which was super reasonable. Staff at the location were so helpful. Very secure and in a good location also. Plenty of amenities if needed - gym/laundry room/work space etc. ”

“Stayed at Cork Street in Dublin and honestly couldn’t believe the value for money. Although it’s usually student accommodation, they absolutely make it feel like a proper hotel experience during stays. The whole place was spotless, modern, and really well maintained. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and the overall standard was much higher than expected for the price. You can tell……

“It was in the right location. I could walk to everything or catch the LUAS or a bus. The garden area is beautiful. The facility is well-maintained and the staff are quite nice.”

“The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or……

“The place was really nice. Check in was easy, walkable to sights throughout the city. Our last bed was supposed to be a twin and was a pull out softa, which was thin and uncomfortable. Wifi was not great. Owner was wonderful.”

“Studio double apartment. Looking at this room from a students perspective who might be staying in accommodation for their uni term it would be great - Very spacious, multiple cabinets for food, oven, microwave, little table and chairs, nice shower. But for just staying one night i think it was pricey. The bed was quite hard and we woke up with sore backs/hips after sleeping through the night. The TV was placed on a wall facing the kitchen, which we felt a bit odd it wasnt facing the bed but……

“The room had all we needed and very clean. Would have liked an extra towel in the bathroom and a face wash cloth plus proper hooks to hang wet towels. The common kitchen/living room on the upper floor was an extra treat. Walkable location close to shops, pubs and restaurants.”
