“Room 207 beautiful view of the fountains. Really comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. Fridge in the room ready to fill with your own drinks. Valet parking. Excellent staff so welcoming. The bar in the hotel is well worth a visit. Beautifully decorated, relaxing and drinks choice including cocktails. Location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We chose the room only option but would recommend bed breakfast and evening meal. We had a lovely stay.”

“We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. “The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue.
