Excellent place to stay

I was given a warm welcome by friendly staff. The room was really comfortable and clean! All the staff at breakfast were lovely and helpful. A really good stay.

Amazing hotel and excellent location, we was made to feel at home by all members of staff and I quite astonished of how friendly everyone was as usually there is always one member of staff who doesn’t want to be there. Not here, what an amazing stay. Can’t wait to revisit.

Having stayed in a few hiday inns, you get what you pay for, however, this was soo lovely , decorated beautifully. Will definitely stay here again- my daughter chise to stay in the ibis instead, what a mistake .....

Stayed for overnight trip to Deepdale. Hotel is ideally sited for a short walk from Preston Mainline Rail Station and Deepdale itself. Nice bar and eating area and comprehensive buffet breakfast. Ticked all the boxes for what was required and was very reasonable in price. Staff are all welcoming and friendly especially Lorraine at the Breakfast Room welcoming guests in the morning.

Stayed the night for Rockprest Festival

Nice one night stopover. Stayed as we were attending Rockprest at Moor Park. Only a 10-15 walk away. Hotel was very clean and service was super. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and good value at £15 for two, continental and cooked, both are buffet style.

Could be better

The service was affected by system being down causing unnecessary issues with the booking. Carpet had permanent dark stains which should be dealt with for a branded hotel

Loved hotel And tea and breakfast was lovely .staff were fantastic .but what i didnt like was being woken up at 930 am sayin room service banging on my door. It says check out 12 and i had sign on .really spoiled my visit.

Very nice property with spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, nice staff, on site restaurant with very good food. Right near city center, easy to get to and parking next to the hotel in the bus station.

What a clean and modern room. Excellent customer service and peaceful room, despite the door which leads into the room next door! I get it, but perhaps these rooms need a rethink of other audible privacy.
