“The room was too small to even open a suitcase; hardly 40cm space between the bed and the wall and the windows so that operating the curtains was a bit of a faff. The ventilation did not follow the set temperatures and was incredibly noisy. The hairdryer was efficient but I didn't manage to get power from the socket near the mirror and ended up brushing my hair sat on the bed, using the socket that was by the tiny bedside table. “職員明顯歧視亞洲人，我係Hilton Gold Member，佢都將我間房編咗去新翼遠離主翼，對正進作中嘅地盤，我同佢哋反應噪音時，職員答我全部房都係向果個方向，我要求換高層房間佢哋回答無房，面對球場方向房間要加50%房價，但我其他英國人同事黎到之後唔單止唔洗去新翼，仲免費升級向球場方向房間”
