Appartment was clean, management were fantastic allowing early access to drop bags and made the whole thing easy and stress free. Venue is fantastic, as described. Clean, good space, comfy beds and brilliant shower Central location has pro and cons.. because it’s central the noise can be loud but earplugs fixed that problem. We were over for the football and will definitely stay again.

Very helpful staff, early checkin was possible and the room was amazing in that it was quirky and different but also a high standard, comfortable and clean. Filtered water was on every floor, well kitted out gym although we didn't get chance to use it. Breakfast was fantastic, quick service and the bar staff where very helpful The hotel is located very central in Manchester so super convenient for anything, there was a little noise from ironically the hotel outside bar in the afternoon but that was turned off around 10 and then it was very peaceful.

Hotel is lovely but tired in some aspects like frayed towels marks on the carpet and chair and the wallpaper peeling in the room also shower was leaking at the part it joins the head. I woulda over looked and stayed here again but the heat was awful no air con did provide a fan in the room but the french doors didn’t open right up either but wasn’t just the room was roasting was the corridors etc aswel made me feel ill

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.
