“We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel in Balmaha. Can highly recommend staying here and the food in the restaurant in the evening was also really good. Cafe next door had great coffee and icecream and a good bacon buttie in the morning for breakfast. Can highly recommend everything here . Remember to take a walk round the edge of the loch as well and climb the small hill for lovely views ! ”

“We stayed at Tingle Creek due to its location to the Isle of Skye. We didn’t check our hotel reservations as closely as we should have, and had some tense moments when we realized that we would not arrive before the desk closed at 9:00pm. After several failed attempts to contact the hotel, we resigned ourselves to the fact we would likely have to try to find different accommodation (we had just hiked the Old Man of Storr, were drenched right thru and it was becoming obvious that there were not……
