“This is a beautiful property that we enjoyed thoroughly. It was close in proximity to the downtown area that we were visiting - Missouri Star Quilts- we were able to walk downtown to window shop the night we arrived. The room was spacious for the two of us. The bathroom was right outside our room as we stayed in the Garden Room. The bathroom was also a good size , very clean, wonderful shower and all towels and bedding were of great quality. Our breakfast was served to us the next morning and it……

“Amazing - if you are interested in the last few hundred years of U.S. History, I'd put this one on your list of places to visit. Just a great experience. Out of the innumerable artifacts dating back to the end of the 18th century, I particularly was taken back by the original copy of a page from April 15th, 1865 - I didn't have time to see everything. The property's stewards will most likely offer a tour and they are really nice folks. I thought this location was aggressively under priced. ”
