“First of all I will say that the staff/employees did the best they could. For them nothing bad to say, always trying to make you feel comfortable even the situations HOWEVER the rest is not as good, the facilities are great but depends on the "situation" how good you will feel using them. My impression is that this hotel is focused on discount cheap stays 24 months payments big groups of people by bus. And it is nothing bad about traveling using discounts, that is the reason we use……

“Excellent service, delicious food, their Mexican and Japanese specialty restaurants are amazing, clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable bed... the gym is small but well-equipped... I definitely want to return 10/10”

“It is a very big beautiful property with great restaurants/ food choices and snack stands near the pools. There’s a nice kids pool that is very shallow and has slides and water falls. It has a theatre with nightly performances, we saw a great 70’s Disco sing & dance performance. It has a night club for 18 years and over with a DJ, that was great fun. The Lobby bar is a great hang out place to chit chat, have some drinks and/or play jeopardy kind of games, or just watch a large movie screen……
