“We loved this rental. It was spotless clean, the beds were comfy, the air conditioning was good, and it was like brand new. A really spacious two floor space with bedrooms separated by floor and bunk beds in an open “loft like” space on the 2nd floor. The mountain during the summer was less busy and wonderfully quiet. Can’t say enough positive things about the good price and value. ”

“Property was exactly as described. Only major downside is it's parking for 1 car. The location fits 8 people comfortably so you would think there would at least be 2 spots. But the photos and description are accurate, and if you're there for ski season it's like a 7 minute walk to the Timer Town lift at South Peak. Can't beat that!”

“My very young family and I had a wonderful stay! The focus of our trip was storyland and the location is just a few minutes away which made our day so smooth. I was initially concerned with stairs with my baby, but there are several doors to block the staircase from both levels, huge plus. Very clean property and very responsive owner when we needed some directions. We would absolutely stay again, thank you so much! ”

“This property was the perfect spot for a winter vacation for our family. Everything was very clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed the big open space in the back and had a great time sledding down the hill. We enjoyed visiting nearby attractions such as the Mt.Washington cog and Diana’s baths. Would love to come back. ”

“This was a great stay for 2 people and priced right. We each had our own beds/rooms and the modern amenities made us very comfortable. The pool/hot tub/sauna was a great feature after a day on the slopes. Everything was easy to access, including the perfect few restaurants right in front of the condo. Highly recommend and will return, as long as the price stays where it is. ”

“My family and I (wife, 2 year old & 6 year old) stayed here for two nights on a weekend trip to North Conway and Storyland. Everything was as expected, clean, homey, quiet and beautiful views. Everyone loved the outdoor pool (which was only about 4 minute walk from the condo. The views of the mountains in the mornings and evenings were excellent. They even had an electronic version of the board game Clue which I had never played before. Very nice twist to a classic. We didn't have many...

“We really enjoyed the house, it was very nice and cozy, perfect for accommodating three families. We especially liked the basement room, which had a sink and a separate toilet with a stove. Also, the entrance area was very convenient for those who ski and snowboard, providing space to change and store equipment. ”
