"We had a room on the first floor on the dock. Beautiful views and surprisingly quiet considering it was adjacent to a very active waterfront. The property is very central to the shops and restaurants in downtown Boothbay Harbor. The staff person who checked us in at a different property that was in common ownership recommend some excellent dining options. Checkout is at 10 am, which is a bit early compared to other places we have stayed at but it was manageable. We would stay there again without hesitation."

The hotel was convenient from the highway, clean, great dining/shopping options close, and the breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable. Great way to start our trip."
