“The brief stay was fine. The website is terrible! We had a hard time finding the hotel, nearly impossible to find a phone number to call with a question, even the name of the place is confusing. (Best American--huh---is that the name of the place??) The internet took us to a similar address in Biddeford before we figured it out. You could do better in this regard.”

“We reserved three nights ( 10-12 to 10-14) and only stayed one night. The toilet seat was broken and the shower pressure was about 10%. I do not believe we should be charged for the three nights, only the one night.”

“Run down place. No elevator, and there was duct tape on the staircase. The carpet in our room was grungy and had sticky spots. Mold in the shower. Most table/desk surfaces were sticky. The ‘continental breakfast’ included slices of bread and one cereal choice. Hallways were smelly. Bed was comfy.”

“This place was absolutely disgusting and nobody was helpful whatsoever. The whole hotel was gross and as soon as we got into the room it smelt like smoke and body odor. And we immediately had to leave even the bedding wasn’t clean. When going back down to the front desk we were not offered a refund or a new room we were pretty much out of luck. They will not give us a refund and neither will Expedia now I’m expected to wait almost a week to hear back from motel 6 on whether or not I get my money……
