“早餐可以再丰富一点”

“The gym was great. The breakfast buffet was great (except it was supposed to be open until 10:30 and there was no omelet station open at 9am when I went). Overall the place could be beautiful but it was poorly maintained. The windows had prints all over them in our room and on the campus. The gym equipment was the same. A lot of the surfaces and doors looked dingy and unkept as well.”

“I was disappointed with this hotel considering it was the most expensive in the area, so I guess I expected more. It wasn’t bad, but the walls were really thin (I could hear my neighbor snoring), the hallways were a little worn down (not awful but again, below expectations), and there was a terrible smell in the back doorway. However, it was a great location and easy parking, a clean room, and comfortable beds.”

“This was a very nice hotel with the worst staff experience. From beginning to end I feel like we did all the work to make our trip enjoyable. Because someone called out we had no actual cooked breakfast day 2 although we paid for the full breakfast. Do t even get me started about the shuttle service. We waited for almost 2 hours outside the airport and when we called all they said was they will be there soon. No one ever called us to tell us the shuttle came and went because it was full?……
