“The staff is what made our stay amazing! They are friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It smells good, but the scent was a little too strong. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely come back to stay even if we’re not going to Knotts Berry farm. ”

“Goods: The bed, pillow and the room is very comfortable. Near stores and restaurant within a walking distance. The pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient for those staying longer. Bads: The heat won't work until like 2-3 am in the morning, room heater system was broken, they had to give me a radiator. Shower also doesn't have heat in early morning (4-5am ish). We had jet lag so we found these during these time. However, overall its good place to stay in, heater problem can be fixed……
