I paid for an ocean view room and did not get it. The staff said it was “partial view” which I disagree. It was the view of the 2nd pool and had about 5% view of the ocean. I could have saved a lot of money if i booked a regular room instead . The resort is very clean. If ur looking for a very laid back place, this is it. Pool bar closes at 5pm. There’s not much to do after 5pm. Staff is friendly. It was just not my cup of tea personally. It was too laid back for us.

Paradisus was nice, and Cabo is a beautiful location. This particular resort was not as large as it may have been marketed to be, but that was perfectly fine. We went during the off season, so there weren't too many people, which made it nice and calm. But because it was calm, there was also a lack of service for some amenities. It's supposed to be all inclusive, but there were times when our food options seemed limited. The alcoholic beverages aren't exactly packed with alcohol. We also ran into an instance where the advertised closing time for some of the restaurants wasn't accurate. We'd come to one of the restaurants and find it already closed after dinner, with no other food options available. All rooms are about 400 square feet, which is pretty small. It's okay for one person and manageable for two, but I wouldn't recommend it for three or more, especially because the bathrooms are quite small and there's really nothing they can do about that with the suite layout. Overall, it was a nice stay. The food was pretty good when you were able to get it, and the snacks were good too. For us, it was really just a pit stop between the other excursions we had planned. I wouldn't say I don't recommend it, but I personally won't be going back.
