“We did not have AC on the first day. Had maintenance in our room at 3am to try to fix the problem but it wasn’t fixed. So they gave us another room. The second room did not have hot water for the first day and half of the second day. There was also brown water coming out of the tub facet. Expedia has been exceptionally great with working through a resolution for these issues but this does not excuse the poor experience we endured and the disruption these utility issues caused during our trip.……
