Rancho Cerro Colorado Vacations from $1,439

When i booked my package I had paid $130 extra for for an all inclusive (front ocean room) I checked in and they offered me to pay extra for "all inclusive" front ocean room" i ended up paying the extra charge of $350 for my 3night stay because they made me think my room was not front ocean. Than they explained i would benefit from room service at no cost. My experience was worse than not been inclusive because each time i tried calling for room service no one would answer.. and the one day they did answer they tried to charge me for my food around $140 and the service was 1hour delayed made me late for my booked activities so didn't have enough time to eat at all.. i asked for extra towels they said they would take them to my room and they never did, So worst experience ever in top of me paying extra money. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

This resort is amazing that celebrates the beauty of Mexico. The hospitality is 5 stars and an amazing ocean views from every restaurant. I
