We came to Torquay for a wedding and just needed somewhere to sleep for 2 nights. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Charlie who couldn't be more helpful. The room was beautifully decorated with everything we could need and more. Lovely touches of bottles of water, biscuits, a flask of milk. Even cotton pads were provided. We were given a menu for the breakfast which was delicious and again nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend the homemade granola! Thank you Julie-Ann and Charlie for a lovely stay! X

We have been to the grand hotel a few times now and everytime the staff have been so welcoming and happy to help. Having the pool and spar on site just makes it even better and the food they serve in the restaurant next to the bar is unbelievably good.

A good location to explore Torquay, Babbacombe and the surrounding area. Very well maintained clean place, car parking in front of the building. Very convenient location to the centre/harbour ( less than 10 mins by car). Darren & Jo are very helpful and friendly hosts. Nice breakfast, pre order the night before and it's served right on time, delicious. We were very happy staying there!
