We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. "The property enjoys a good location; just a few minutes from the beach. The facilities provided are very good, with the option to prepare your own meals if you don’t want to eat out every day.It was great to have a designated off street parking space.The host was very friendly and welcoming.The only slight challenge we encountered were the stairs, which our elderly parents found a little challenging at times, especially when they were a bit tired.We particularly enjoyed feeding the ducks on the pond just down the hill from the property using the food dispenser."

"We had a biggish room with a huge bed. Very helpful armchairs and a settee. Bathroom was small but adequate with a roomy shower which was very easy to use. Breakfast menu was very varied and choices were very well cooked. The continental breakfast had a lovely choice with various cereals and fruit and yoghurts. The only problem for us was the parking. The property has 3 parking places so first come first served. As I am disabled the road is uphill and we had to park quite a way uphill which would have been very difficult for me but my husband would drop me off and then get the car when we went out. Other than that a very value for money B & B"
