Really nice rooms, breakfast was brilliant and the staff were so friendly. They contacted us immediately when they found a watch of ours.

“Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room.
Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go.”
“It was a lovely property very close to the beach and Paignton 10 minute walk into centre. It was on a busy road which was a bit noisy at night but with the windows closed it was fine. We were provided with a fan which kept us really cool. I would recommend this place. I think it’s really nice for a breakaway owners were really helpful nice breakfast all you could ask for🙂 a big smile”

“The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”
“Lovely guesthouse that has been updated but still has kept its beautiful character. The owners Carl & Tace were so friendly from the get-go and we really liked our room, especially the bed itself, how clean it was and the location. You’re really close to the centre, sea and a nice little park/gardens opposite. Carl & Tace kindly let me keep my wheelchair in the hallway too which really saved us having to keep putting it back in the car when going out. We also really appreciate that we were……

“Lovely little B&B . Not the biggest of rooms, and not the most modern, but spotlessly clean and comfortable . Owners are so friendly and immediately make you feel welcome . Lovely breakfast , with plenty of choice ....and to top it off, two sociable cats add a real homely feel. Will definitely be back !!”
“On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom.
When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room.
Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id……
