"We had a biggish room with a huge bed. Very helpful armchairs and a settee. Bathroom was small but adequate with a roomy shower which was very easy to use. Breakfast menu was very varied and choices were very well cooked. The continental breakfast had a lovely choice with various cereals and fruit and yoghurts. The only problem for us was the parking. The property has 3 parking places so first come first served. As I am disabled the road is uphill and we had to park quite a way uphill which would have been very difficult for me but my husband would drop me off and then get the car when we went out. Other than that a very value for money B & B"

"The room/hotel is so close to the sea you can see it, however bay view if you get up and look to the left... Friendly cleaning staff, however dust and cobwebs found in the bathroom isnt great. Very comfy bed, packed of anything on tv if it was a long stay in the rain, if the cleaning was up to scratch id come back again."

"We had a lovely time staying this week. The place was clean and lovely and my kids loved sharing a bedroom that had their own bathroom. It's a couple of min walk to goodrington park and a short drive into paignton so in a lovely spot. Would happily stay again. And the host was easy to contact if we had a question as well"
