First and foremost, pay attention to their uncompromising cancellation and change policy! They do not budge. Also, the "no outside food" policy is ridiculous. While you can easily go to other restaurants outside of the grounds, (which are substantially cheaper!) The pricing for drinks and most food is "resort" pricing and rather skewed for the area. We actually had two rooms, the first during a business conference and the second because we stayed longer for a holiday. The first room over looked a disastrous construction project going on at the hotel because rooms were in short supply and construction didn't stop until 22:00 and security lighting was on all night. The second room was better, but the bath was dirty with soap scum on the tub fixtures and obvious mold in the corners. The most distressing thing though was the fact that the cleaning staff cleaned the coffee mugs in the room using hand soap from the bathroom. I know this because I discreetly marked the mugs to see if they were changed and the "cleaned" mugs smelled exactly like the scent of the bathroom hand soap. There were some positives, most of the staff was pleasant, the food was good with a large selection and my wife enjoyed the spa offerings. The pool area was well kept and quite nice. I just wish they didn't spray for mosquitoes at dusk everyday while we were out at the pool.

Overall, we had a good stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino. The property is beautiful, the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. We also had dinner at the coffee shop café, which was very good. We tried the Japanese restaurant as well. While the ambiance was elegant and the service was excellent, we felt the food did not meet our expectations given the price. The only disappointing part of our stay was the condition of some of the room amenities. The comb provided in the room appeared to have been previously used, as it had hair in it despite being sealed in Zuri-branded packaging. That was unexpected and raised concerns about hygiene. Similarly, the slippers appeared dirty upon opening even though they were packaged to look new. I hope the hotel reviews its housekeeping and amenity packaging process, as this did not match the otherwise high standards of the resort. Despite these concerns, we appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff, which made our stay enjoyable overall.

When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay. The staff's reaction turned the experience for us. They listened, they remembered and helped us move to a room that was according to our expectations. There was no follow up required, everything was seamless. They showed us the cleaned room before having us move. On the next day, they followed up by asking if we had a comfortable stay and according to our liking! The hotel has otherwise clean amenities. Our kids loved the swimming pool that had multiple depths catering to all ages. The kids had a good time at the activity center as well. The breakfast (and dinner) spread was amazing! The staff, especially Rocky, was super friendly. The chef paid extra attention to my father-in-law who had special food needs and customized the menu for him. All in all a highly recommended place. I will come back.

The stay was very nice . But is far from the city area if you’re looking for hide out and chill spot it’s an excellent option. The Breakfast was very good lot of choices & specially the Restaurant staff was great

1.) bugs in washroom 2.) bugs on food and on plates(breakfast buffet) 3.) bed was uncomfortable(over bumpy) 4.) staff service was way to slow

It's a perfect resort, everything including the room, property, service, staff and the entire team is flawless. Really exemplary of how a 5 star resort should be run. Will definitely stay here again.
