The location and property is good. And the rooms are well appointed. The staff should receive a special mention. Really nice people and helpful. The menu is limited and food is ok. Overall a nice experience.

Everything was good as expected of 4 star hotel. Property was spacious and clean. Food was OK. All the staff were polite and helpful apart from some staff at the restaurant who were in their own world rather than looking after the guests. I needed to draw attention of the staff many times for my needs as they appeared to have forgotten that I am there.

Older facility. Tried charging us for 2nd person. I had 2 room bookings. Finally they found 2nd booking.
Overpriced for value provided.

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. The property was comfortable, the service was smooth, and overall it made for a really pleasant experience.
A special shout-out to Prince from Riverside Café — he went above and beyond to take care of our needs, especially when the main venue wasn’t open.
Also a big thanks to Kuntal, the restaurant manager, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
In the bar, Sameer did his absolute best to make sure my friends and I had a great time — really appreciated his energy and attention.
And of course, recognition for the rest of the wonderful team: Marful, Anusri, Arup, Sofia, Kuljit, Jamir, Sandipan, and Aloke. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the stay even better.
Great hotel, great people — highly recommended.
