Hated my experience there, rude receptionist, unclean bed covers and stinky rooms. Morning breakfast staff were polite and nice but when the face of entry to hotel is worst then no amount of service seems exciting.

We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super polite.

Had a very nice stay overall. Shout out to the front desk staff who were always helpful and the location is good as well. Only issues were the shower (hot water setting gives lukewarm at best) and one housekeeping lady who for some reason didn’t believe me (and went ahead to checked the room twice) when I said there are no tissues in the room and had requested for some. I mean, if someone actually wanted to steal from a hotel room, there are better things than facial tissues 🙃. But other than this, it was a very nice and comfortable stay. For the price, it’s a very recommendable place.
