Quick and simple check-in/out, clean and modern, very quiet. Washer/dryer were a total bonus. Easy uber to DT Victoria.

Very well located in the Yaletown neighborhood near many restaurants and the water boats, easy ride to the airport and other places worth visiting in Vancouver. Clean and spacious room and not noisy.

Great hotel, very clean, staff were amazing, great location close to everything downtown.

This place has so much potential but is in need of help. Until they fix it up I feel it is dangerous for people to stay. In our room alone we had nails sticking out of the shelves in the closet, the closet door hinge was broken and the door kept closing on us, the shower door leaked onto the floor, the shower head sprayed onto the ceiling, the carpet was filthy, a dirty handprint was on the wall of the room for 4 days straight,the wood on the balcony was clearly rotted ( you could feel it give way under your feet). You can tell there has been significant water damage in the room by the multiple botched repairs, mismatched fixtures and use of metal plate covers. The old brass mimatched door locks to the balcony were broken and there was one window that you could not open without fully removing the 4 ft screen. We stayed in room 207 and had to ask for more TP twice and couldnt get any face cloths. The occupant next to us continue to smoke weed on the balcony and it regularly would waft into our room. We advised the front desk of all of these issues and nothing was done. We ate at the restaraunt the first night it was overpriced and u whelming and service was awful. There was a 250% markup on the bottle of wine we had as we saw it at the wine store the next day. They advertise a $75 off your stay iwhen you eat at the restaraunt and stay more than 2 nights. We asked for this on checkout and were told those who book on Expedia are not eligible. Best view but awful hotel

Everthing was amazing!

Great space for a family. The kitchenette had all that you need for a short stay with a decent sized fridge. Also provided pods for coffee which was a nice bonus. The bedroom was much bigger than anticipated and opened out on to a large terrace area with a table and chairs for 4. We enjoyed having breakfast here with a view of the city!

The good: Nice pool (hot tub jets don’t work tho) Rooms themselves were clean Some staff are nice Pet friendly (with a extra cost) The bad: Rats and drugs (a lot of rats in bushes around property - not in hotel - wife almost had a rat run into her) Unfortunately the hotel is located in a hot spot for homeless, needles seen at side of property, random homeless wandering around property and going in and out of lobby at times. I stayed over a week and this was a normal day to day not just a bad weekend or night. The hotel has security at night however it should be 24/7 and the hotel should be fenced in at the very least. Coffee was awful (colour was yellow to almost clear) No continental breakfast however there is a Denny’s next door that serves Denny’s quality food. Also surrounded by homeless. Hotel rooms are priced ok but still way more than it should for the area. 2 KM walk downtown (20 minutes maybe) but walking through bad parts of town. Do not recommend children leave the hotel. Did not feel safe.
