"From the moment you step inside you can sense the warm and friendly atmosphere. The front desk staff are absolutely amazing. Never felt rushed or treated like just another guest. In fact you felt truly appreciated! I wish I could remember this one man’s name from the Ukraine who worked the front desk who helped us track down the cab driver who brought us to the airport where we accidentally left a piece of our luggage. Without his wonderful help we wouldn’t have been able to retrieve our forgotten luggage. Nobody does that today and we’re so appreciative for his outstanding service. The next time we visit the beautiful Nanaimo area we will definitely stay at this hotel!"
