"This property had all you need for an overnight stay. It was not near a beach though and the property next door was logged leaving large old growth fir trees and stumps when looking out the window. Not a great view and you will need a car to get around. Never saw the owner but her dogs were outside ..."

"The hobbit house was a great place to stay for our weekend on gabriola. Very accommodating and breakfast was delicious! The place had everything we needed and Nancy helped us find all the best spots on the island :)"
