Awesome stay, clean room, breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety. The customer service was exceptional like always.

Super nice and spacious hotel. Rooms were clean, I particularly loved the mostly no-carpet rooms. Breakfast was great, pool area was nice. About 11 minutes from the Capital and Lady Bird Lake, with plenty of places to eat around. Parking lot was just a few steps away from hotel, fee was reasonable for the area. Overall great hotel, I will definitely recommend and will stay here again.

I like this area better than downtown Austin if you are over 40 and not into college type bars. Cleaner and more upscale. Better to visit downtown with 20 min uber ride per day to go to parks, hiking and hanging out at the different places

Overall, one of the best stays we have had in a really long time!

This place is such a great value. It is very affordable in price. The room was huge and it includes a nice sized patio. The shower was an over-sized, walk-in shower. The front desk clerk was friendly, informative and helpful. The area is beautiful. You can see Lake Travis from the villas.

The thing that stood out to me most was how clean everything was. There was a fresh clean smell from the moment I walked in the front. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous with me. I was several hours ahead of check in time and she allowed me to check in early which was what I really needed. You guys truly added to my experience in Austin. I come from Honolulu where hospitality is really high but H.I.E is right up there with them. Mahalo to you Holiday inn.

Photos were awesome. I wasn’t a fan of no shower door, a little cold without the steam staying in.

Quiet atmosphere, clean facilities, friendly staff, nice breakfast spread with lots of choices, comfortable bed. Both Bass Concert Hall and the Moody Center were a quick, easy walk away (about 20 minutes), and the art museum was even closer. I walked to and from concerts at those venues and felt safe (I’m a petite 47 year old woman). Plenty of coffee and restaurant options nearby. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Seemed like a new build. Very clean and comfortable bed. Staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. Free breakfast in the morning provided your normal options with a spacious and clean dining area. I would visit again.

The property and ameneties were amazing. Went swimming, played basketball. Small putting area. Great gym facility. Breakfast was great. What a bang for your buck. Incredibly clean and really up to date.

Staff very helpful and friendly, not to mention accommodating. Front desk printed out materials for me and bar staff deliver food to my room. Excellent service from both!

Met all expectations

We had a wonderful stay! The property is great and in a desirable area. We would definitely stay again.
