Know before you book

    • Some venues may require bookings or have limited availability — booking ahead is recommended where available
    • To access your pass, you must download the Smartvisit app (available for free in the Apple App Store and Google Play)
    • Not all venues operate daily. Always check opening hours before heading out
    • Free cancellation within 30 days on unused passes. Refund requests won’t be accepted if the pass has been used to redeem any tastings/credit. Unused tastings or credits will not be refunded upon 12 month expiration. Bookings for tastings experiences cannot be cancelled once booked.
    • A period of 1 hour must pass between redeeming benefits
